After completing this registration form, you will be taken to a confirmation page with information on how to submit your payment. An email will also be sent out to your address.

PLEASE NOTE: Upon submittal of your registration form, Reslife.Net will hold a space for you in the requested class. If your plans change and you are unable to take the class, you must notify us of your intent to cancel your registration, prior to the start of the class, by sending an e-mail to info@reslife.net. Failure to do so results in your assuming responsibilty for course costs, whether you participate or not. You will receive course log-in and user information on the weekend preceding the scheduled course start date. If you do not receive your log-in information as indicated, it is important for you to let us know so that we may get this information to you. Contact Greg at greg@reslife.net. If you register for a course after its scheduled start date, you will receive log-in information usually within 24 hours after the information is submitted.

Non-ACPA Members: $175

ACPA Members: $150

ACPA Student Members: $75
